Attract → Convert → Ascend → Compound
The four-step model at the centre of Commission Cycle. Simple enough to remember, which is the point — a model you cannot recall is a model you will not run.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Attract | Short posts that provoke a comment. The comment is the asset, not the view, because a comment is a person raising their hand. |
| 2. Convert | The comment becomes a direct conversation, and the conversation becomes a sale. Automation carries the volume so this works past the point your own typing would stop it. |
| 3. Ascend | The same buyer is moved toward a higher-value offer. This is where the difference between a $47 sale and a $2,500 one is made, on identical traffic. |
| 4. Compound | A slice of the commission goes back into whichever of the earlier steps is cheapest to improve right now. That step produces more, and a slice of that goes back in again. |
Why the order matters
Most people run step one and stop. They chase reach, get some, and never build the path from attention to money — which is why so much of this market is busy and broke.
Steps two and three are where income actually appears. Step four is what turns income into a business, because it is the only step that makes next month bigger than this one without you working more hours.
The step everyone skips
Compound. It is unglamorous and it feels like giving money back. It is also the entire difference between a side income that plateaus and one that grows, and it is the step that survives a platform changing its rules — because reinvesting into whatever is cheapest right now works regardless of what "cheapest" happens to be.
That is the argument the whole product rests on, and it is the reason it is called a Cycle rather than a funnel. The arithmetic behind it is worth understanding even if you never buy anything.
