Why the niche question is worth a session of its own
Because it is the decision with the largest effect on the outcome and it is usually made casually in week one. The same content, the same effort and the same audience produce completely different results depending on whether a sale pays fifteen dollars or several hundred.
Getting that wrong means working hard against arithmetic that was set against you before you started, which is a slow and demoralising way to fail.
The first-$100 stall
This is the most useful item on the list for anyone who has tried affiliate marketing before and got nowhere. A stall is never general — the report is explicit that it is usually one wrong word in a message, or a subject that looked responsive and is not, or an ask placed four seconds too late.
