ManyChat for Affiliate Marketing: What It Does and Why It Matters

ManyChat is the piece that makes comment-to-DM work at any real volume. Without it the mechanic is just you, typing, until you stop.

What it does

It watches for a trigger — a specific word commented on a specific post — and automatically opens a DM with whoever commented. From there it can send a resource, ask a qualifying question, or hand off to you once the person is warm.

Why the mechanic converts

It meets three conditions at once that rarely coexist. The person raised their hand, so intent is established. The conversation is one-to-one, so it does not read as a broadcast. And it happens inside the platform, so nobody has to click away to an unfamiliar page before you have earned any trust.

Why automation is the load-bearing part

Answering thirty comments by hand is fine. Answering three hundred is not, and three hundred is the volume where this actually produces income. Automation is what lets the mechanic scale past the point where your own time runs out, which is the only point at which it matters.

What it costs

There is a free tier, and paid tiers scale with contact volume. It is one of the few running costs of the method that is not already included in the training, and it stays modest until volume is real. Full cost breakdown.
