Which one you probably want
If you have expertise people would pay for and patience to build first, the Profit Helix model suits you better. If you have nothing to sell yet, promoting someone else's product lets you earn while you learn what the market actually pays for — and that information is worth more than a guess made before you had it.
Launch products in this market generally close and stay closed rather than moving to evergreen sale. Availability of anything from a previous cycle should be confirmed with the vendor directly rather than assumed from a third-party page.
