Which one actually matters
The first. It carries the mechanism and the other three assume it, so a person who can only attend one should attend that one and take the rest on replay.
The email singles out the fourth as "worth your seat alone", which is fair for anyone whose objection is that they cannot write or film. It is the wrong recommendation for anybody else, because a tool demo is meaningless before you know what the tool is for.
If none of the times work
Register anyway. The recording list is built from the registration list and there is no separate signup, so skipping registration because the times are impossible is how people end up with nothing at all.

What "spots filling fast" means here
It is standard launch copy and it appears in the next email too. Judge the deadline that is actually verifiable instead: the sessions run at published times on published dates, and the cart closes on a published date. Those are the facts worth planning around.
